3/16/23 50-55 F temp range, dry short new grass

Plan was to lay a couple of start tracks to strengthen his initial leg . I scuffed 5 from flag and food drop at 15 steps.

Only ended up with one track, but it was better than nothing and Duck enjoyed it too. He went out strong but on hitting step pattern he lifted his head and looked out to his right. He opted to put his nose down and went back to the track. Passed the hotdog piece, promptly turned to get it. When he turns around he always eats it perpendicular to the track otherwise he eats it in line with track. He was awesome on the left turn. Picked up his head as he stopped going forward. He did look right but turned left and put his nose down to march down the track . He even downed to indicate the article without food.
