This is for 1st week of the month. Since Duck went off to create a fictitious turn on Monday, I tried to focus on him staying on the track. For 2 days we did long straight tracks with extra food. Usual pattern is S5 W30 F 15 but I added food at 18. On first day he did wander off to the left. Enjoyed the extra food. On day 2, he stayed on the tracks. On day 3, it was getting dark, and I should've made it easier than I did. I threw in a long leg then 2 turns. Jenn was just finish with Evie and working in articles. Duck had a hard time ignoring them. He hasn't encountered a dog playing near while on a track since last year. I think this was the longest he's ever stood in one stop while on a track. On plus side, I dropped an extra article in the track instead of the extra food figuring that would slow him. Didn't need the slow down, but at least he did indicate the article. We went home and did the article game in the backyard just to finish up on a super positive note. Stair steps track for Saturday is the plan.
