2/1/23 Huguenot park

Duck pattern: NS (no scuff) NF (no food) until end article

Laid single long track of 2 soccer field length.

He downed for start, I am not sure why he does not when at class, but I will always give him food in practice when he downs. He tracked steady from the article at a good pace for me. Happy we are moving at a mutually agreeable speed this season. He's finally learned that his handler walks very slowly. So a third of the way, he slightly headed off to the left but not even enough to make me stop as he corrected right back. There was a bench and garbage can off in that direction. Seemed that maybe he was just checking odor coming from that area and got back to work.

Again, he was so joyful to start and just happy heading on the track. Totally fine with only the food filled glove. I'm really feeling good. He seems to understand that he needs to not confuse me by wandering a lot.

Next, is stair step track or longer straight track.
