Hidden Rock Park field

Pattern: only walk, no scuff, food every 40 steps on open RT, then open LT, and 90 degree LT turn single track.

Wanted to give him some open angle turns and a long leg. At those turns, he went just beyond the turn point and stopped picked up his head, turned his head both ways, looked in the direction of the turn, put his head back down and did his pull into the track.

On the 3rd leg, he picked up his head and then did a different style of scramble to the right. Obviously not tracking behavior so I stood still. When he realized I was not moving he abandoned that effort and sniffed his way back to actual tracking. He did do his pull into the track. At the final turn, he went beyond it, but picked up his head and stopped, stood briefly and then turned completely around heading back to me so I backed up. Duck matter of factly marched into the left turn and went to the article.

Plan: start tracks - he's downing at start articles but instead of moving out on the track he's downing again. The 40% beagle that can't get enough food is showing. I usually picked up the article after he gets on the track and today I gave him food a second time while picking it up. Will work on only a single down for starts.

Also, I can't upload video to YouTube unless I get an account, which I'm not really sure I want.
