Hidden Rock Park, Maidens, VA

Warm day, 69F, yes, its January, partly cloudy, damp ground, but dry grass.

Duck - no scuff W60F30; he probably didn't need that much food, but he enjoyed finding it. He is tracking very well for not doing as many tracks as last season. He downed at the start article, so bizarre as he never did it in class, just kept going, but I tossed some food on the article, then he headed out.

On the multiple turn track today, he just went a bit beyond the turns, head up and I saw the side of his body, seemed to be tending to go to right and check that direction first. He still has his definitive hard pull into the track direction. He gets a melanoma vaccine booster and body check on 2/14 and if that goes well I think that I will try to get him back to longer tracks.
