Field near Cabelas, in Short Pump area of Henrico County, VA

S8 W16 F8

Zigzag track with two 90 degree right turns & one 90 left turn.

Good start, downed, got food, the moved on to the track. Her head went up before the turn point, she paused with head up in the direction of the turn. I'm standing still and then she put her head down and tracked to the turn and was just to the left of the path. Then, she just headed off coursing to the right, wandering as if she forgot we were tracking...focus gone. Once I stood still, she realized that she should perhaps go back to tracking by circling around my back...the distraction whatever it was lasted not even 30 seconds. Today's left turn was pretty tight compared to some in that direction. The next turn was taken really close to the actual turn and she slowly, calmly walked me to the article. Possibly, she is more enthusiastic & dedicated to the tracking activity when Duck is also in the party, waiting in the car.
