S5W14F7 for 3 single turn and 1 straight track.
I am really small in the distance…sorry…I will try to have the tripod and camera closer in future videos
T#1
T#2
T#3
T#4
Goal - work on turns, recognizing LOS and stopping my movement, working on water intake with new bowl
T#1- right 90 degree
T#2-left 90 degree which developed into a challenge track due to remote helicopter operators arrival.
T#3- straight 40 yd track with helicopters above and operators to the left
T#4- right 90 degree with article in dirt
Outcome-
Got River to take some water on T4 article, with beef liver chunk in bowl
She downed quickly for all the articles
She was aware of the helicopter drones but she did work the tracks with the noise above. She went right past the 2 men and briefly checked out a drone case but then ignored it and kept working. She started T3 and focused while the guys were somewhere on the left. T4 ended in dirt and she downed for the article in the dirt plus took some water from the new style bowl.
I was incredibly happy with how she handled the helicopter drone noise which she’s experienced at a dog park where we play fetch. She was focused despite the people around us. Today turned out to be much more of a challenge than anything I could actually plan.
OMG if I had been tracking Gracie there, she would have been so aroused by those drones! I am very impressed that River was able to stay focused and track so well. I believe she is enjoying the tracking game.☺️
Well I thought my alcohol consumption was excessive because I couldn't see the dog, only 2 men! Then this high pitched squawlin' - turns out that's a drone. Maureen God bless for your efforts! When I could see her, she looked like she was tracking well. And you are at the correct distance.
