River's first time tracking in the misty rain, 43F, no breeze. This was a multi turn track on short, wet soccer field grass. Her fetch ball staked with flag about 8 yds from article.
S5W30F15 with scuff out of turns (3 right& 2 left)
She has never liked rainy weather as much as dry unless she has a purpose for being out in it, so I was very happy with her dedication to the track. The exception was a step off to poop. But, this was great practice for me to rescent her and get her to refocus on the track. Turns out much it was fairly easy. She was going to start her circling search but I took out the article and once it was near her nose she was back in the game. Her first right turn had the widest coursing, but less than it has been. I do see her head raise up so that helps me to just stop quickly as I'm not far behind, 10 feet. Her next right turns were much tighter to the pivot point. She only slowed a bit for the left turns. She downed for the article. I moved her harness to her collar and she stood up waiting for me to toss her ball. I had to tell her to get it. So, she's not yet understanding that she has to find the ball...lol, maybe bc her line isn't on the harness she hesitated to put her nose down to search.
I was surprised at how well she did with the SWF pattern on the multiple turn track, but maybe the wet ground helped out.
At this point, not sure of the plan for tomorrow.

Plan for today should be either starts or articles! Sounds like everything went well. I put the the toy further along the final leg, continuing straight….and allowed Jetta to keep tracking to it (on harness) after he’d indicated the actual article. Does that make sense?
